Post, bir mektup veya paketi posta yoluyla bir alıcıya iletmek anlamına gelen bir fiildir. Bu kullanım, genellikle bir nesnenin fiziksel olarak posta sistemine teslim edilmesini ifade eder ve günlük hayatta sıkça başvurulan bir eylemdir. Özellikle resmi yazışmalar, hediyeler veya siparişlerin taşınmasında kullanılır. Fiil, bir yere gitmeden veya bir kutuya atarak işlemi tamamlamayı çağrıştırır.
