Neither, iki kişi veya iki şey arasında seçim yaparken 'ikisinden hiçbiri' anlamında kullanılan bir zamirdir. Genellikle bir isimle veya 'of' edatıyla birlikte kullanılır ve olumsuz bir anlam taşır. Örneğin, 'Neither of the answers is correct' (Cevapların ikisi de doğru değil) cümlesinde olduğu gibi, iki seçenekten hiçbirinin geçerli olmadığını belirtir. Bu kullanımda neither tekil bir fiil alır ve resmi veya günlük dilde yaygındır.
